Support and Warranty

• The machines are covered by a twelve-month commercial warranty.

The commercial warrany is null if the defect or damage was caused by improper use: Repairs or interventions carried out by not authorized people by the manufacturer, manipulating components, defects or damage caused by fall, breakage, liquid spills, mechanical influences, chemical, radio and thermal (eg microwave, sauna, solar radiation, etc).

In case of replacement of the product or components, product or individual parts made in the face of change, become property of the manufacturer. The services rendered under the warranty will not extend the warranty period.

• All the Marco Mineo machines have free lifetime support. The only expenses, for the customer, are the shipping costs and the costs of any parts to replace.

The repair/replacement costs are free.

• The engines of the rotary machines have manufacturer's warranty (Faulhaber).
• The support time varies from 7 to 20 working days.
